If you are like a lot of people I work with you may be wondering how you get from feeling stuck in fear, overwhelm, and negativity to one of magic, peace, and freedom. You probably feel like you are all alone with no conscious community or guidance to know where to begin and how to make this be a way of living. Yet you know, something has to change.  AND you are ready for change.


You’ve already tried reading all kinds of law of attraction books, watched law of attraction movies, kept a gratitude journal, and even made a vision board without a lot of success. Since you are just dabbling in this stuff, you continue to experience struggle and working hard to make things happen.


I know how it feels to keep gaining more and more info hoping something will shift.  And I know what it feels like trying to do it alone. Anytime I would get a good idea, I am off to another great idea. I wasn’t grounded in creating time and space to implement what I learned. Once I slowed down and began mindfully practicing the law of attraction, I completely tuned into the magical flow that is available to all of us.

I have also found it challenging to implement this new way of being and living in a culture that still values struggle and hard work.  Now that I’ve walked in both of these worlds I have found a way to live in them at the same time with ease, inner peace and lots of magical moments.

This all began when I asked myself if there was ONE thing I could REALLY learn that would make the biggest difference in my life, what would it be? Since I was already sporadically messing around with manifesting and seeing amazing results, I knew it was time to become a master manifestor and LIVE it fully and completely. Once I committed to experiment and play with it, I became more aligned with the universe and anything and everything became possible.


Because I have brought it into my every day, I think differently, I take aligned action from a place of ease, and I am experiencing more magical moments than I could have imagined.  And I’m surrounded by amazing people who also want to live with more peace and magic.


That’s why I created the “Mindful Manifesting”  program for people who want to become mindful creators in their own life and to live in a peaceful, loving way.

This program is designed to support you with personalized guidance and time to practice so you can shift your energy from being overwhelmed, alone and stuck to a place of deep trust, inner peace, community, and magical moments in all areas of your life.

The Mindful Manifesting Program includes:

  • 6- 90 minute video group calls to create space for guidance and practice while creating community with other like-minded, like-hearted conscious creators.  (will be recorded for re-listening or if you miss a session.)
  • Course materials to support you in experiencing this work.
  • Facebook group to ask questions and get support throughout our time together.
  • An opportunity to attend an upcoming Mindful Manifesting Retreat to deepen your practice even more.

Your practice will include:

  • How to be a deliberate co-creator every day.
  • Activities and movement in your body to practice getting into alignment with your energy so that something magical can happen.
  • Being loving and kind to yourself no matter what.
  • Observing your agreements and beliefs that no longer serve you.
  • Taking action from an inspired place, vs a “have-to” or “should” energy.
  • Creating a vision for what’s possible with an openness for something even better.

Mindful Manifesting is perfect for you if:
